I have listed a new property at 7903 93B AV in Edmonton.
Fantastic cul de sac location, close to downtown, River Valley and excellent schools. This home is a very solid 3 bedroom bungalow, with large main floor family room. It has been well maintained with some recent upgrades (shingles, furnace, laminate floors, paint). It has a fully finished basement with rec room, bedroom, bath (needs remodeling), cold room and storage. All appliances are as is-where is no warranty. Shuffleboard table in basement stays. City notes actual age as 1956, but effective age as 1961. Pool table stays.
